- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions

- Drive innovation through our internal venture studio, incubating 3+ disruptive projects annually
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders at global forums

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven impact in AI/quantum computing or biotech integration
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized future-tech products or frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
