Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and threats in the 2026 tech landscape
- Produce strategic whitepapers and market analyses on future technology adoption patterns
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward technologies into development roadmaps
- Represent company at global tech forums and future-focused conferences
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological preparedness and innovation maturity
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong background in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
