Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for market viability and integration potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor global tech policy trends and their impact on future business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation management
