- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives for future product development
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor competitor landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech innovation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage annual innovation budget allocation for emerging tech projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing successful future-oriented tech strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
