Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping, testing, and scaling breakthrough products
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present compelling vision frameworks to stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or product leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in futurist methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex visions into actionable plans
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in global enterprises
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patents in emerging domains
