Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations and team performance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Train and mentor new team members on weekend rotations
- Coordinate workflow to meet production targets

- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proven ability to lead weekend shifts independently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Valid driver's license required
