- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab in agile methodologies and future-proofing techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ ARR impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Strong background in patent development and IP strategy
- Certification in Agile/Scrum with executive-level presentation skills
