Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in enterprise architecture or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven experience with ethical technology frameworks
- Strong background in cybersecurity and resilience planning
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP and emerging tech domains
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
