Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics and responsible machine learning frameworks

- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across emerging tech verticals
- Present strategic blueprints to industry consortiums and regulatory bodies
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or AI (IEEE/ACM journals)
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations to enterprise level
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse, and decentralized tech ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or similar
- Experience with federal grant applications for DARPA/NSF projects
