Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech risks and opportunities in regulated industries
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global research institutions
- Present disruption scenarios to Fortune 500 boards and government committees
- Manage $15M R&D portfolio for experimental tech initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech implications
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate modeling, or AGI safety
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to IPO
- Clearance for federal research collaboration programs preferred
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Haskell)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering required
