Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2031)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for acquisition/partnerships
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and market impact
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-facing products (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- MBA or MS in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Experience securing $50M+ innovation budgets
