Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon), including AI ethics, quantum adoption, and climate tech integration
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform high-impact investment decisions
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Partner with R&D teams to translate strategic vision into actionable R&D priorities
- Present compelling technology narratives to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and tech ethics
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing their digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or climate tech
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management and executive communication
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certifications in strategic innovation management (e.g., INSEAD, MIT) preferred
