Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic tech solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AR/VR 3.0) for commercial viability
- Strategize ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on joint research initiatives
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record launching category-defining tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and policy development
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish preferred for global partnerships
