- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley VCs and academic research institutions
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Present visionary strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor senior engineers in next-generation development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- MBA or equivalent from top-tier institution with focus on innovation strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
