Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future tech trends into product innovation pipelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate strategic technology planning into corporate vision
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts impacting future tech adoption landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, research institutions, and industry partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles within Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to synthesize complex market trends into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic innovation or technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, CFTE) a plus
