- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with long-term business objectives and market disruption
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment and responsible innovation practices
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis in adjacent industries to identify convergence opportunities
- Develop patentable intellectual property and publish thought leadership on future tech trends
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with >$50M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technology applications
- Experience with agile methodologies and enterprise digital transformation
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) preferred
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite and technical teams
