Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead discovery initiatives on emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, neuro interfaces)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and their strategic implications
- Build competitive frameworks for future tech adoption scenarios
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design thinking methodologies
- Present strategic insights to investors and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive tech products
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech evolution or innovation strategy
