- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Develop patent-protected innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDG targets
- Present tech strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
- Oversee $5M+ innovation budget allocation and ROI optimization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven expertise in AI/ML implementation and quantum computing fundamentals
- Track record of launching successful tech initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTS)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
