Responsibilities

- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers in researching and prototyping cutting-edge technologies, including advanced AI integration and edge computing.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols and compliance standards to safeguard our infrastructure against evolving cyber threats.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and external partners.
- Legacy Modernization: Overhaul legacy systems to ensure seamless compatibility with our futuristic platform upgrades.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and high-performance computing.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about future trends, with a portfolio of innovative architectural solutions.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
