Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technological roadmap for the company’s 2026 product vision, integrating emerging AI and quantum technologies.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development projects in advanced machine learning and quantum algorithms.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and efficient systems that can handle the demands of next-gen applications.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and mentorship of a high-performing engineering team focused on futuristic tech stacks.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Prototyping: Build and validate high-fidelity prototypes for future product iterations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in AI or Quantum computing leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and experience with quantum simulation frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems in a rapidly evolving environment.
