Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping next-generation solutions, including AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to determine feasibility and potential impact on product development.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate long-term technical strategies and investment opportunities.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and performance in future-proof systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and/or Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
