In this role, you will not only manage a team of elite engineers but also act as a strategic partner to the C-suite, identifying emerging trends and converting them into tangible products that impact millions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for AI integration across all product lines.
- Architect and deploy robust, high-performance machine learning models.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team of 10+ members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on LLMs and neural networks.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering scalable AI products to market.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
