Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategy that aligns emerging tech trends with business objectives to ensure long-term scalability.
- Lead AI & Automation: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation into core business processes to drive efficiency.
- Innovation Research: Conduct deep-dive research on frontier technologies (Web3, Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) to identify high-value opportunities.
- Prototype Future Solutions: Work closely with R&D to build and validate proof-of-concepts for future-state applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
