Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns emerging tech trends with our core business objectives and long-term growth strategies.
- Lead AI & Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the research and implementation of cutting-edge AI models and autonomous systems into our enterprise infrastructure.
- Quantum & Web3 Strategy: Identify viable use cases for Quantum Computing and Blockchain/Web3 technologies to enhance security and scalability.
- Innovation Lab Management: Establish a dedicated 'Future Lab' environment to prototype and test disruptive technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and investors to secure resources and champion the long-term vision.
- Team Development: Mentor a diverse team of senior engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of forward-thinking and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology leadership, R&D management, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical roadmaps and defining future state architectures.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Big Data ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing concepts and Web3 infrastructure.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex tech trends into actionable business strategies.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate a compelling 5-year vision to diverse audiences.
