Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company’s technological vision for 2026, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum, and Web3.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient infrastructure capable of integrating next-generation technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) into legacy frameworks.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects that explore the intersection of Generative AI and predictive logistics.
- Mentor High-Performance Teams: Cultivate a culture of innovation, recruiting top-tier talent in emerging tech disciplines.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for investors, C-suite executives, and technical partners.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing technologies adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, and Cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt business strategies accordingly.
- AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
