Responsibilities
- Define and lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Immersive Web.
- Conduct in-depth R&D to evaluate emerging technologies and their feasibility for integration.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align long-term technology strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor a team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Oversee the pilot programs for futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, strategy, or product development.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams through multi-year strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and Quantum Leap processing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts up to 3 years in advance.
- Experience in Agile environments and technical project management.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
