- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our 2026 business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and assess their impact on our business model.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future-facing concepts to C-suite executives and board members effectively.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and resources to ensure the successful delivery of long-term initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or futurism.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of cloud architectures, data analytics, and emerging tech stacks.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable, scalable roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
