You will be responsible for architecting solutions that define our trajectory for the year 2026 and beyond.
In this role, you will lead a team of innovators in exploring emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation, advanced data analytics, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.

- Lead Innovation: Prototype and implement bleeding-edge technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Architect Scalability: Design systems capable of handling exponential growth and future data demands.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and agility.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
- Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud architectures (e.g., Serverless, Edge Computing).
- Drive the adoption of AI and Machine Learning models for operational efficiency.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance across all projects.
- Collaborate with product management to define feature sets for the future.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture.
- Proven experience leading teams through digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
