Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Tech Roadmap: Design and implement the architectural strategy for our AI and Spatial Computing infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the next generation of digital experiences.
- Lead AI Innovation: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools into our core product suite.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to modern, high-performance cloud architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior developers and establishing best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product and executive leadership to define technical roadmaps that align with business goals and 2026 market trends.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research and proof-of-concept development for emerging technologies such as Quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role focusing on AI and cloud infrastructure.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Proven track record of leading agile development cycles and delivering high-impact products in fast-paced environments.
