- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Establish startup partnerships and venture scouting for disruptive tech acquisitions
- Chair quarterly tech innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property portfolios for future tech domains
- Present future tech scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor an innovation lab focused on 2030-ready technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation, product strategy, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-disruptive tech products
- Expertise in exponential technologies and future trend forecasting
- Experience building corporate innovation labs or venture arms
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong network within startup and venture capital ecosystems
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
