- Develop ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and automation systems
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budget through compelling stakeholder pitches
- Mentor a team of 8+ futurist researchers and prototype engineers
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and global tech consortia
- Deliver quarterly tech foresight briefings to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech innovation from concept to market
- Strong understanding of ethical AI development and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
