Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically targeting 2026 deployment goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, Green Tech) for business integration.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing of innovative software solutions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech roadmaps with company objectives.
- Mentor and manage a high-performance team of innovators and engineers.
- Prioritize R&D initiatives based on feasibility, market demand, and resource availability.
- Establish partnerships with universities and tech incubators to foster innovation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in tech leadership, strategy, or R&D.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or technologies.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and sustainable tech principles.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments.
- Ability to think strategically while executing detailed technical plans.
