Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing disruptive technologies for 2026 market readiness
- Architect scalable systems integrating quantum computing, AI, and IoT frameworks
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech solutions
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental innovation
- Secure intellectual property through strategic patent development

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading R&D initiatives in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of commercializing experimental technologies
- Strong background in systems architecture and scalable design
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with agile development for complex tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
