Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic technical roadmap for the "Project 2026" initiative, defining core architectural principles.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems integrating Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Oversee the migration of legacy monoliths to modern, distributed cloud-native microservices.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team focused on innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Evaluate emerging tech stacks (e.g., Rust, WebAssembly, Quantum-ready protocols) for enterprise viability.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive leadership.
- Establish security and compliance frameworks that anticipate future regulatory landscapes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong command of Python, Go, or Rust, with a preference for systems programming languages.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Experience with AI/ML integration pipelines and large language model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
