Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI model training.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including quantum algorithms and edge computing protocols.
- Define Technical Strategy: Create a comprehensive technical roadmap for the company's transition to 2026 standards, aligning with business goals.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead high-level code reviews and mentor senior engineers to maintain the highest standards of software craftsmanship.
- System Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement high-performance computing solutions to enhance latency and throughput.
- Security Governance: Establish rigorous security frameworks to protect proprietary data against evolving cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, and distributed systems. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Tech: Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of AI/ML integration, blockchain infrastructure, or quantum computing concepts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving technical vision from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
