Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and data governance
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize software-hardware integration

Qualifications
- 10+ years in software architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, AI model optimization, or distributed systems
- Proven track record of leading tech innovation from concept to production
- Strong background in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Certification in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps practices
- Published research in IEEE or top-tier tech journals preferred
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
