Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps

- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough innovations with commercial viability by 2026
- Develop future-state business models and competitive positioning for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term technological transformation success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology innovation, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year development cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous, high-uncertainty projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and forecast adoption curves
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate futuristic visions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
