What You Will Do

Responsibilities

- Patent & IP Strategy: Identify innovative solutions and lead the process for intellectual property protection.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and architects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), distributed systems, and machine learning frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
