We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Architect to define the strategic roadmap for our organization leading up to and beyond the pivotal year of 2026. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between emerging technologies and business objectives, specifically focusing on the convergence of Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Spatial Computing. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and strategists to build the infrastructure that will define the next decade of digital interaction.
The Role:
As our Future Tech Architect, you won't just be implementing today's trends; you will be hunting for the breakthroughs of tomorrow. You will act as the chief futurist for our product division, assessing feasibility, risk, and opportunity for technologies set to mature in 2026. You will work closely with C-level executives to align technological investments with long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that anticipates market shifts and technological maturity by the year 2026.
- Emerging Technology Assessment: Evaluate and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces, Quantum-ready algorithms) to determine viability for enterprise integration.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key players in the future tech ecosystem, including research labs and innovation hubs.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technologists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical futures into compelling business narratives for investors, board members, and product teams.
- Risk Management: Assess the ethical, security, and operational risks associated with pioneering technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD in a relevant technical discipline is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical architecture within a high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Web3 fundamentals.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to spot trends 3-5 years in advance and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets for large-scale initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
