Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Architect scalable solutions that integrate emerging technologies, including AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead architectural reviews and technical decision-making processes to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends to determine their applicability to our product ecosystem.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bridge the gap between high-level strategy and detailed implementation requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading technical transformations and defining long-term product strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and futuristic computing paradigms is highly desirable.
