Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with our company's vision for the next two years.
- Cloud Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the migration and optimization of our cloud-native ecosystems, ensuring zero-downtime deployments and maximum scalability.
- AI Integration Strategy: Define the technical framework for integrating advanced Artificial Intelligence models into our core product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analysis to optimize system latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or DevOps.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience in Kubernetes and Docker.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) at an enterprise scale.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) integration patterns.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think long-term and anticipate technological shifts that impact business infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
