Responsibilities

- Develop human-centric AR/VR interfaces for 2026 adoption
- Collaborate with NASA and MIT on space-integrated tech solutions
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Present annual tech roadmap to World Economic Forum delegates
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech architecture
- Published research in Nature or Science (2020-2023)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Patent portfolio with ≥3 granted quantum computing patents
- Experience leading global R&D teams of 50+ engineers
- Deep understanding of ISO 20700 tech ethics standards
- TEDx speaker or equivalent thought leadership recognition
