Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement high-availability, scalable software architectures that meet the rigorous demands of the 2026 digital landscape.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and mentor engineering teams in adopting emerging technologies and best practices.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment and optimization of cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure) ensuring high performance and security compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Explore and prototype bleeding-edge technologies (AI integration, quantum computing readiness) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Code Quality Assurance: Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and drive technical excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and influence without authority.
