Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures that support autonomous decision-making processes for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Research & Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Transformer models, Quantum-inspired algorithms) and integrate them into our core product suite.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Define and enforce guidelines for bias mitigation, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Optimize our cloud-native environment (AWS/Azure) to handle high-volume data streams and real-time processing requirements.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Create long-term technical roadmaps that align with business goals, ensuring our infrastructure remains future-proof.
- Talent Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentoring junior developers and data scientists on advanced architectural patterns.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of designing systems on major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on serverless and microservices architectures.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt systems to emerging technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
