Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems that align with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Model Optimization: Lead research initiatives to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for edge computing environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UX designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Roadmap Execution: Define technical milestones and deliverables for the upcoming fiscal year.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Specialization: Deep expertise in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
