Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI architectures capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets for Year 2026 simulation models.
- Lead the architectural definition for next-gen neural networks and reinforcement learning systems.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to translate futuristic concepts into tangible products.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization across distributed cloud environments.
- Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies to keep Project 2026 ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Strong understanding of System Design, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
