Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation.
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale machine learning systems and distributed cloud infrastructures.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and autonomy.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) to drive strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical AI frameworks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data engineering pipelines.
- Proven experience designing high-availability systems using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong command of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
