Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience

- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) preferred

- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic frameworks implemented in the last 5 years
