Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Produce foresight reports synthesizing geopolitical, technological, and sociological trends
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience working with UN SDGs and planetary boundaries frameworks
