Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term AI strategy and technical vision for the 2026 product cycle, aligning with company goals.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and robust backend architectures capable of handling high-throughput data processing.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks. Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
